All training sessions are specifically designed for you, your goal and your fitness level, from the complete beginner to experienced athlete. There are a number of training options from 1-on-1 to group training sessions.


Training takes place outdoors thoughout the eastern suburbs in Sydney, including Bondi, Double Bay, Rose Bay, Bronte, Tamarama and CBD.
